Bring your own carriers on Connect. Operator can use the same interfaces plus Swiftcom-supplied connectivity modules.

Tenant admin is https://panel.swiftcom.cc. The HTTP API is https://api.swiftcom.cc/api/. SIP signalling for hosted PBX uses sip-uk.swiftcom.cc:5060 with SipTrunk credentials.

  • Voice: SIP trunks, WebRTC, DID routing, recording, transcription
  • Messaging: SMPP and HTTP SMS, WhatsApp where enabled
  • Events: webhooks for call, message, and billing facts
